How did you get into modeling and how long have you been modeling?

I got into modeling when I was little. My mom held a lot of fashion shows when I was growing up in Mississippi. Within the last 4 years I decided to give it a real shot and pursue my dreams of doing it full time. I've also had big dreams of one day being an actress. I am equally passionate about both.

What are your modeling goals or what you seek to accomplish while modeling?

I want to become a household name so that I can show little girls who grew up in small towns like I did that it's possible. I especially want them to know that you do not have to be the average height and size in order to make it. I also want to be able to be a voice and have the ability to give back to my home town Lexington, MS and my current community.

What has been your biggest gig so far?

The biggest gig I've had so far is being featured in this magazine. I think as long as I keep pressing forward, I can only go up.

What is your dream modeling/acting gig?

My dream modeling gig is be a cover model for a magazine (Black Men's, Smooth, Cosmo, Essence, etc...). My dream acting gig is to be the break out co-star in a movie. Something like Jennifer Hudson in Dreamgirls (without the singing).

What are your favorite modeling areas?

I don't really have a favorite area when it comes to modeling. I like all aspects of it.

Your favorite photographers you have worked with?

So far my favorite photographer has been Spade. I've never done a photo shoot where it was very difficult to choose which photos I wanted edited. Looking through all the pictures he did, I didn't really find too many I wanted edited. They all came out gorgeous to me.

List 3 interesting fun facts about you?

Well, I love to sing (not that well in my opinion), I love riding my motorcycle (Suzuki Maraurder 800), and I love being in front of the camera. Which is odd considering I'm a little shy and reserved.

Your favorite quotes?

"Now what now"-Tasha Mack; your reaction to someone in trouble determines God's reaction to you the next time you get in trouble; If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at will change.

What do you bring to the table as a model? In other words, what can companies agencies/photographers expect when working with you?

I bring to the table a different look, I bring determination to get the job done. I am very easy to get along with and I listen to direction. Although one of my nicknames may be Mizz Diva that is not my personality. I use that name to channel my inner diva. I have Mizz Diva like Beyonce has Sasha Fierce.
